Making an enquiry
Share your dates and party size, or choose the general enquiry option. Rates are provided through WhatsApp. An enquiry neither holds a room nor confirms a booking.
Arrival
Room check-in starts at 14:00. Early entry depends on a room being ready and clean. Arranged code access to the house does not change the room check-in time.
Before confirming or paying
Direct bookings from Peru are paid in Peruvian soles by Yape or bank transfer. If you are booking from outside Peru, we will send you a payment link to pay by card. The booking is confirmed once we receive 100% of the amount and send the corresponding confirmation. We issue a receipt. Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance, subject to availability and possible charges depending on the circumstances. Changes requested at least 7 days before arrival can be handled subject to availability. Within the 7 days before arrival, only changes that do not reduce the amount paid or materially affect the accommodation’s availability or operation may be considered, and they always require prior confirmation. Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If the refund method incurs processing or transfer costs, these are payable by the guest and deducted from the refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows and departures before the booked departure date are not refundable.
