Our home

Pilar’s family home

This is not a hotel. It is a Cusco family home where Pilar prepares breakfast each morning and, together with her family, helps you settle into Cusco.

We enjoy meeting our guests and sharing what we know about the city. You can always speak to us at the house or message us on WhatsApp during your stay.

Tell us who is travelling and we will help you find the room that suits your dates. The house has no lift, so please ask about the first floor if stairs are a concern.

Breakfast

A homemade breakfast on the terrace

Every morning we prepare breakfast fresh: Cusco coffee or coca tea, fresh juice, eggs just how you like them, and local bread with cheese, butter and jam. It is all served on the terrace, with Cusco in the background.

Heading out very early? Let us know and we can prepare breakfast to take with you.

“It feels more like a homestay as she makes you a custom breakfast while you sit at the table on the roof terrace.”

How do I book and what does it cost?

Send us your dates and the number of guests on WhatsApp. We will reply with the available room and its seasonal rate.

Can I arrive late at night or early in the morning?

Yes. The front door uses a code lock; we send the code and directions a few days before your stay.

Can you store my bags?

Yes, before check-in and after check-out. It is especially handy when you arrive early or visit Machu Picchu.

Is there a lift?

No. The house has three floors and stairs. We can help with luggage and, when available, arrange a first-floor room.

Is the house quiet?

We are on a quieter street than the centre. As in any family home, you may occasionally hear other guests; light sleepers can ask us about the quietest available room.
