How this website works
This is a static website. The form prepares a WhatsApp link containing the details you enter. Opening it shares that text with WhatsApp for your review; a message is sent only when you confirm it there. Please leave identity documents, bank details and medical information out of your enquiry.
Use of data and responsible party
Casa Agustina Cusco, located at Calle Saphy 853, Cusco, uses the details you voluntarily send through WhatsApp only to check availability and, if available, manage a possible booking or a booking. It does not add them to its own database, use them for advertising or share them with third parties for those purposes.
Hosting and outside services
The site’s technical hosting may generate minimal access logs, such as IP address and date, for security and operation. Casa Agustina includes no analytics or advertising. When you open WhatsApp, Google Maps, Booking or Instagram links, the policies of those services apply; WhatsApp receives the text only when you choose to open the link and confirm sending it.
Retention, contact and your rights
The website does not store your details. WhatsApp conversations are used only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry or coordinate the booking you requested; when no booking is made, they are deleted after the enquiry is complete. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your details by writing to us on WhatsApp at +51 962 650 824 with your name and request.
